| Diane Nichols covers comedy from
the viewpoint of an aging Baby Boomer. Growing up in San Francisco's Haight-Ashbury, she remembers the generation that started the 'sit-in'. "Now it's more like a sit-down." But the Boomers have yet to give up their attitude. "It's hard to get our parents to take all their pills. They say, it makes them dizzy. See, for us... that's a good thing." We're the first generation of women who are not sure if we're having a 'hot flash' or a 'flashback'. "Hot flashes are always a big surprise. Last month, I came in second in a wet T-shirt contest... and I was just sitting at the bar." Newsweek
Magazine says:
"Diane Nichols is a slick pro with flawless timing ... the heroine to the nine-to-fiver crowd!" |
